DVD Cleaning
If you have a problem playing this DVD, it may be that the DVD needs to be cleaned.
To clean a DVD:
Use a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to wipe it off.
(Do not use paper products.)
Start from the center of the disc and clean straight out toward the edge.
Do not clean by rubbing in a circle around the DVD.
When handling a DVD, do not touch the bottom. Fingerprints on the DVD keep it from playing properly. Hold it by the center and the outer edge. |
